Request a manual password reset

If you are unable to reset your password, you should use this form

Only complete the form below if:

  • you are not an applicant (applicants must use the applicant portal)
  • you have been unable to reset your password or multi-factor authentication yourself

or you have one of the following types of accounts

  • honorary/associate/emeritus
  • third-party
  • system account

Your request will go into the Service Desk queue, which is monitored during opening hours – Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 17.00 (except for University closure days).

Reset your password or MFA using the self service portal or a mobile device before getting in touch.
